This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Technical Support Engineer to join a leading global organisation. You will be required to provide first and second line support to a wide range of clients across the UK and Europe. The majority of your work will be in a Helpdesk capacity although there will be times that you will attend customer sites for a deskside fix. The software supported is bespoke and training will be provided, but any knowledge of call centre or other bespoke packages would be useful, as would any Unix exposure. This position requires the highest level of communication skills, customer skills and computer literacy. All calls must be logged! You will also need to be a car owner, as you will need to travel from time to time. BSC * HND in computer science or related would be advantageous. If this sounds like you, send your CV to me today!
